Dried Blood Spot screening tests for 1) c-reactive protein, 2) Fasting blood insulin, 3) triglycerides, and 4) HB A1C. The cost is $100 for the battery of 4 tests. These are made available from ZRT Laboratory of Beaverton, OR. When we know how many employees from your company will need the blood spot tests, we will arrange for the initial tests to be sent to your wellness program.
