How It Works:

The Corporate MSS Wellness Program can be installed on a single administrative computer where all data will be input and all reports will be run. OR it can be installed in multiple parts with the main administrative component being installed on the main administration computer and with "satellite" components being installed on any computers which are networked to the administrative computer. The satellite installations are installed individually on the networked computers and will be used for data entry only. Various reports are available.

The information that you will need to enter is shown below in some screen shots of the software:

Depending on your answers and having obtained your CardioMetabolic Profile, you will get a personalized report. (see below):

Personalized Individual Report

Congratulations. You have taken a significant step in assuming responsibility for your health! Insulin resistance (elevated fasting blood insulin levels) can be brought down to normal ranges with:

  1. Exercise,
  2. Eating low glycemic foods,
  3. Avoidance of Excitotoxins, and
  4. Adding traditional (saturated) fats to your diet.

You can pretty much assess your BMI ( ) with the following:

Fasting Blood Insulin Levels: Many laboratories have normal ranges between 2 and 22. This study considers ideal levels to be between 2 and 5. Values between 5 and 7 are probably OK. Levels between 7 and 9 are worrisome, especially if associated with elevated triglycerides. Levels of 10 or over indicate that you have insulin resistance and are in the early stages of the metabolic syndrome and the associated chronic diseases.

Your Fasting Blood Level is: ___
Your hs-crp is ___
Your triglyceride level is ___
Your Hb A1C is ____

Average Daily Temperature: Your average daily temperature was ___. If it is much under 98.6, it is an indication that your metabolic rate is low. This is a frequent response to stress or serious injury and can be of long duration. It is an indication that your body is functioning in a conservation mode and not burning up as many calories as if your temperature were up to the normal 98.6 degrees. Nutritional History: The links below all relate to the questions that you have been asked. They all relate to the metabolic syndrome, insulin sensitivity and cellular metabolism. Checking through all of these links will help your understanding of the obesity problem, but I will highlight in bold lettering the ones that your questionnaire showed as potential personal problems.

It may be helpful to use www.HowToEatRight.net as a resource for my comments on your report. While you are there, click on An Integrated Theory on Nutrition to get my big picture opinion of the problem.
